Add option in Self Requestable Role in Roles and Delegation page from Employee self-service.

Summary:

We have a request where the employee can self request for a role and it should go for approval, currently have checked for employees only having employee role they do not have any option of add. So is there any privilege that needs to be given,

Also does this self requestable role goes for approval, because we have another added request where the role that is requested should go for approval.
