Instruction Help Text on EFF section is not Available on UI Page

Summary:

Hi

We have requirement to display help text to User on one of the PERSON EIT section available on Additional Personal Info section. I have added Instruction Help text and deployed the flex filed but when we Navigate to the online page text is not displaying . Can anyone let me know if I am missing any setup
