Price of Recorded External Learning Not Visible

Summary:

We have a requirement to extract the cost associated to a non catalog learning item that a learner submits and records to their transcript through the "Record External Learning" function in employee/manager self service. Upon extensive investigation in the application and in the database, looking through various data tables we have not been able to locate the price/ cost entered.
