Is it possible to hide the visibility of "non worker" on Oracle?

Hi to all,
we hired users as non workers on Oracle (Financial Consultant). When we log with other users (as employee or as a manager) and search for these non worker users we can see all the informations about them. Is it possible to hide these informations to all users?
