PAYE Refund not generated for Late Termination Employees
Summary:
The business wants to process tax refunds for workers who were late terminated in the last periods after the payroll run. The PAYE is calculated based on the whole month's earnings but the employee is terminated in mid-month, expecting the extra PAYE deducted should be refunded in the next payroll run.

Business case:- The Payroll run was completed for Mar 24 then the employer received late information about a few employees terminated on 15-Mar-24. The Payroll run is already processed so the earning of the whole month is calculated and based on that PAYE was deducted.
