Proactive chat stops to launch when product property is specified.

I'd like to route the chat queue by product, so I have inserted product property to RightNow.Client.Controller.addComponent invocation. 

Business rule is working, I can see different queue_id, but the chat is not launched. I've disabled the rule and now I use same queue for every chat, but the chat is still not launching unless I remove p property from chat code.

Requests and responses are the same, so I no one is available all works the same, but if there is a user, then code without p property lauch chat invitation but code with p defined just stops to work.
