OTBI PO Balance Report to Tie to Budgetary Control Obligation Balances

Summary:

I am attempting to build an OTBI report that will pull PO balances by PO that will ultimately tie to a cost centers obligation balance in Budgetary Control. We created a formula that takes the PO balance - the PO Matched Amount to manually calculate the PO Balance. However, this formula is not correct when a PO has been closed or finally closed with a balance remaining.

Is there a formula that can be used to say if a status is "Closed" or "Finally Closed", the PO Balance should be $0?
