Rename Headcount Attribute in Resource Tab of a Proposal

Unable to see "Headcount" attribute thus unable to Rename this attribute

I am trying to rename a Out of the Box attribute Headcount in the Resource tab of a Proposal.
However this attribute cannot be found in Application Composer → Proposal → Resource → Fields → Standard, other attribute like Category, Status. Pool can be found though

Is it possible to rename this attribute?
