22B procurement feature 'Prevent purchase order releases when amounts exceed limits on BPA line'

We have enabled the following 22B feature as per the release notes/Oracle documentation: Prevent Purchase Order Releases When Amounts or Quantities Exceed the Limits on the Referenced Blanket Agreement Line

However, we are not getting the error message when the value exceeds the corresponding Blanket Agreement Line limit. Buyers have been able to release the purchase orders and nothing popped up to prevent it (as we expected from the feature notes/doco).

Has anyone else had this problem?
