Need to Hold and display the select value in the form

Hi I have used connector data to In the select Action in the form

so if user select the user name in the backend it will pass the email ID in the backend ,so i need to show the Name in the form to the next approver that is selected by the previous approver but in the backend it need to pass the email how can handle it
