emailing chat transcript after survey submission

I Have a requirement emailing chat transcript to the end customer after survey submission, based on the survey question [i.e if customer selects "would you like us to send email chat transcript" is YES from drop-down].
Could you please help how to achieve this requirement.
Note:i'm using web link survey after chat completes it will popped up.
