Standard Memo Line Report - Revenue Coding

Summary:

I have a customer requirement to be able to export a list of all standard memo lines and their associated Revenue coding, required fields highlighted in .JPG.

I have tried using OTBI Receivables Transactions but it only returns the memo lines that have been used, not the full list.

I found this code in oracle knowledge but it returns the codes for the other side of the entry, not the credit:
