Translate learning assessment - Translation Editor Tools is grey out

Hi all,

We are trying to translate an existing question using the tranlation editor tools for an learning assessment, so we were able to translate the question but for some reason the translation editor is grey out for the answer, so it means the question is translated but the answer is not. Do you know why the translation editor remain grey out for the answer ?
