How to configure expert for answering the questions posted through personal brand

Hi Everyone,

While posting question through personal brand, system is validating with this error message- "Your question can't be posted because experts couldn't be found to answer your question. Enter another question."

Any idea how we can make a user as an expert or how to setup "Ask an Expert" present in Personal Brand.
