approval not triggering to Buyer Manager

Summary:

we have supervisory hierarchy used to trigger approval to buyer's manager for BPA. whereas approval is always triggering to submitter's manager.

we have used below expressions in the rule which supposed to trigger to Buyer's manager only.

Example: Buyer A create BPA with buyer name A on BPA, approval triggers to A's manager.

Buyer A create BPA with Buyer name B on BPA, approval still triggers to A's Manager only.
