How to Handle this Scenario in PPM ?

This is for a university who is using Grants Management and PPM Module. Following is the scenario which they want to handle in Oracle -

1. Client has summer camps of different sports where parents register on behalf of their children on a third-party application. These students are not necessarily from college, they can be of any age group, outside college as well.
2. Parents pays through third party application, and the money gets deposited in Client Bank Account. As of now, Client put this as journal entry in the system. There is no integration between the application and oracle at this point.
