Freeze Pane When Report Opened in Excel

Summary:

Is it possible to configure a report in Narrative Reporting so that, when it is opened in Excel, the header columns and rows are frozen using Excel's "Freeze Panes" functionality?

Background:

We are developing a report which will be opened primarily in Excel (as opposed to the HTML preview or as a PDF).

The report has a text box at the top (serving as the report title), then a single grid, and then a second text box at the bottom with POV details. The grid has one header row, and two header columns.

The business users would like the report to be configured so that, when it is first opened in Excel, the Freeze Panes option has already been configured and enabled. They would like the freeze to correspond with the header row and columns in the grid. The text above the header row (the title of the report) would need to be frozen as well, which is fine.

Howdy, Stranger!
