How to grant Cloud Account Administrator role in OCI Gen2

in Identity and Access Management

Hi,

I am trying to create new account to with full admin access which can create and maintain pods and domain. however even after granting Identity domain Administrator access and adding to Administrator group users are not able to see the required options. I was wondering what access I am missing and how to grant it. I have checked all groups and roles in IDCS but it did not worked

We are on Version 19.3.3 version
