Not able to see exception and Imported External Purchase Price

Summary:

I have added role Purchasing Price Manager to user and used rest API to import the Purchase price data. Records are successfully loaded with the help of ESS Job Import External Purchase Prices. Log file says - SourceReferenceID : 150000001 is pending for approval, SourceReferenceID : 150000003 is pending for approval and SourceReferenceID : 150000002 is pending for approval,

No. of header records picked up for processing : 3

Validate and Import Interface records for batch Id : 1346 when p_process_error_records is : N

Even in bell notification I can see the External Purchase Price is created & submitted for approval but when I navigate to procurement - External Purchase Price window, it does not show me any record. It shows blank screen.
