Direct Link to a Specific Object

As a specification we need to create a link, needed by an external systems, which allows user with a single click to directly access an object in OTM.

In this scenario, ee created the following link starting from the one present in Mail Notification for a Claim:

https://otmgtm-XXXXXXXXX.otmgtm.eu-frankfurt-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/GC3/glog.webserver.claim.ClaimManagementServlet?pk=XXXXXXXXXXX

With this link we access a standard manager layout where user can edit and see whatever he wants: is it possible to create a link which refer to a custom screenset and manager layout?
