Attention: Important Information Regarding your SAIG Mailbox

It has come to our attention that access to the SAIG Mailbox may have been lost for customers that have not setup their FTI SAIG Mailbox. Based on preliminary investigation, the configuration files required for setting up the FTI SAIG Mailbox are also required when accessing the SAIG mailbox on a go forward basis.

If you have not setup your FTI SAIG Mailbox, but require access to the existing SAIG Mailbox for pulling files, please complete the steps detailed in the May 19th, 2024 CCC post entitled “Attention: Important Information Regarding your New FTI Mailbox Setup in Production”.
