How to find out UOM details in MSC_AUDIT_TRAILS_METADATA

Summary:

The standard UI of audit trail for demand planning is not very user friendly so we developed a dashboard leveraging OTBI to give user a screen where they can search which forecasting measure got updated by who and when. But we are not able to figure out how to extract the UOM details in which the forecast is updated. We use 3 UOMs for forecasting i.e., lbs, kg and Ton, the table 'MSC_AUDIT_TRAILS_METADATA' has previous value and new value and the details column gives information about product, customer, demand class, time and organization but UOM is not mentioned anywhere.
