Is v3 Termination required for Redwood Termination page?

Summary: Is v3 Termination required for Redwood Termination page? When I enabled the page in Test (24B) I got an error message saying data wasn't migrated yet suggesting we have to enable v3 Terms to use the page. We are on v2 still and moving to v3 will be a big change for our organization. We use multiple assignments and may not want workers/managers submitting assignment-level terms.
