Mandatory Fields in Advanced Search of My Receipts

Summary:

The advanced search requires user to provide criteria for PO number/transfer order number, requester. User wants to be able to search to receive items using only the Supplier Name. User needs to also provide PO number, Requestor or Entered by - information that i would not have.

Is it possible to have the other fields in non-mandatory? Or even have some lovs like "Does not contain", "is null", "is not".

Please don't suggest OTBI.
