Is there a report that gives audit information when role names are updated?

Summary:

Our compliance team needs an audit trail showing that a system admin updated a role name. They need the user who completed the change, the date and the time.

The example they're currently asking for is when the name of Role A was changed to Role B and when it was changed back.
