Looking for tables to know who created Change Order through import purchase agreements

Summary:

Hi, When we create a change order through FBDI for an agreement, it will show change order initiated by Buyer of that Agreement instead of who processed the FBDI file. Looking for tables through which i can back track and tell who processed FBDI file. Please advice.
