Need restriction in editing the workorder quanity

Hi,

We need for restrictions on editing the quantity after a work order has been released. It has come to our notice that some users are altering the quantity after completing a certain operation. Furthermore, there have been instances where users are hiding scrap quantities without reflecting them in the system.is it possible to removed edit access once work order released.
