Absence Email From display names are not in Sync
Hi Team,
We have workflow configured for Absence request raised by Employee, but we are seeing discrepancies in notification emails sender's Name.
When Absence raised by Employee, Action required email should be triggered and once approved, FYI email and Approved (Calendar invite) email should be received by employee. This is working as expected, but the notifications received from sender is not in sync.
Please find the relevant screenshots of the issue and assist us in getting this resolved.
