Forms does not show up under Form and Ad Hoc Grid Management and shows ONLY under "Forms in Data Forms" from where we cannot do any activity

Forms does not show up under "Form and Ad Hoc Grid Management" and shows ONLY under "Forms in Data Forms". Had to logout and login multiple times for this to show up in usual place of Form and Ad Hoc Grid Management. Any known issue/bug in this patch? If not will raise SR.
