Session Variables are not working in Person Security Profile Custom Criteria

Hello Experts

We have a requirement to give access to Logged In User's Legal Entity employees in Public Person Profile. We are using following SQL in custom criteria.
&TABLE_ALIAS.PERSON_ID IN
(SELECT PERSON_ID
FROM PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE PPOS
WHERE LEGAL_ENTITY_ID IN (SELECT LEGAL_ENTITY_ID
                            FROM PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE PPOS1
                            WHERE PPOS1.person_id = HRC_SESSION_UTIL.GET_USER_PERSONID
 AND NVL(PPOS1.ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE, TO_DATE('47121231', 'YYYYMMDD')) >= TRUNC(SYSDATE))
)

This query is working fine in BI Publisher but not giving desired results when applied in Security Profile.

Please help on how to achieve this requirement.

Howdy, Stranger!
