Is there a way member descriptions will auto translate based on user preferences

Summary:

Does EDMCS have a language support feature where member descriptions entered in a primary language (Ex: English) are auto translated to other languages. I want to be able to enter the description of a member in English, and when a user opens the application with user preference set to a different language, the description should auto translate to that set language (and vice versa)
