Summary: EPM Cloud Application Label Appearing in Spanish

What should be "EPM Cloud" in the Application Name banner is now in Spanish and reads "en la nube" - no settings were updated to provoke this. Wanting to understand if we are missing something that could have caused the change across users/browsers? Thanks
