Ship Unit is not being regenerated when Order Release Modification is processed

We are facing an issue when order release XML modification is triggered to OTM and the ship unit is not being generated. As we do not have a ship unit in our XML and are expecting to OTM to regenerate a ship unit, also using RC code which is replacing the previous ship unit that has been generated at the time of order release creation.

Steps Performed:

  1. Create Order Release using OR XML which does not have ship unit into this.
  2. Order Release is created and ship unit is generated by the system
  3. Now, trigger order modification to OTM and transmission is processed
