Can we trigger an alert if learner is withdrawn from Course and Offering

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to trigger the alert to learner when they are getting withdrawn from Course or Offering or Specialization.

We have created a custom alert with below filter but it is only working when learner gets withdrew from Course only even though we have not specified Course or Offering or Specialization.
