CMK AR Outbound Invoice delivery stuck in Delivery in Progress status

Summary:

I have done the required CMK setup for AR Outbound transactions for trading partners using a service provider. Everything is working fine until CMK makes a call to the Web Service endpoint configured for the service provider.

I see the SOAP request received in the partner application (for which the endpoint was configured), I also see that the partner application sends the below response back to Oracle CMK, but the CMK Messaging History screen shows the status for this trx as "Delivery in Progress"
