Does oracle have Capability to upload the Journals for several Months in bulk IF FE period is 1

in Subledger Accounting & Accounting Hub

Summary: Does Oracle have the capability to run std journal entries on command?  For instance, prepaid have are prorated over a year.  Can the entry be set up in Oracle and run each month rather than via spreadsheet upload each month?
Is there any option/feature to upload the data ie. Journals etc,(Allocations or Expenses ) in bulk for several months (more than12 months) without changing the future enterable period currently which client have 1 .
