Change order Rule not triggering after updating rule with validation condition

Summary:

We enabled new feature 'PROCESS CHILD ORGANIZATION ITEM CHANGES AND MASTER ORGANIZATION ITEM APPROVALS CONCURRENTLY'.

based on input from Oracle SR we added validation condition as '[Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] == "Draft"

After the same the rule stopped triggering for any of the item changes.
