Make Visa and other identification info( not DOR) status as Inactive automatically after termination
Summary:
Is it possible to make the identification info like Passport, Visa, National ID, Licenses Inactive automatically after the employee terminated.
The requirement is, when the employee gets REHIRED all the previous data is in ACTIVE status even though its expired or not update over course of period.
This makes the client to make the previous data INACTIVE manually, which is a lot of human hours specifically in retail business.
