Hello,

I was assuming that wait_threshold is the number of seconds, that one can wait in a queue after he will be disconnected, But in documetation there is also: "It is recommended that you set min_agents_avail to 0 when utilizing this attribute.".

So If I have min_agents_avail set to 1 or 2, then what will happen if  wait_threshold is set 30?

Regards,

Wojciech
