How can a manager provide rating/score to learners once they complete their course?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where, after completing a course, the manager needs to provide a rating to evaluate the employee's understanding of the course on a scale of 1 to 100. This rating will later be displayed in our custom report.

I would like to understand if there is any standard configuration that allows a manager to provide this rating. While an Observation Checklist could be an option, it requires configuring an activity each time with the course. We need a default option where the manager can easily provide the rating.
