How to sync Oracle ERP user in IDCS to be available for EPM domain

Summary: We need to auto sync the ERP users in IDCS to the EPM domain so that they are available in EPM for Roles assignment.

Currently we use IDCS to create EPM users manually and assign them EPM roles, however the list of ERP users should be available through IDCS and we just need to provision them to EPM for specific roles.
