Transfer Order is Interfaced to Shipping when we enter the Project details on IR

Summary:

Transfer Order is Interfaced to Shipping when we enter the Project details on IR. We have created the Enrichment rule to interface the transfer orders from Self Procurement to Order Management. For IR without any project details, that are getting interfaced to OM. But when we give the Project details to the IR, its getting interfaced to shipping. We need this also be interfaced to OM.
