Adding Static text in Address page

Hi Team,
We have requirement to add a static text in Employee Address page for US employees. I have added the text, but when i change to other countries, it is showing as below,
For US,
For other countries,
I tried to add the same text in all the countries in Page Composer, but still i am getting the same issue.
Could you please to resolve this issue.
