I was changing the message bases[CHAT_GREETING_MSG]  text FROM Hi,My name is <agent_login>.How may i help you? TO Hi,customer name<chats.first_name>.Thank you for contacting how may i help you?

But customer name is not displaying.Kindly help how to pass the customer name in message base
