Splitting Of master detail records into new detail result if detail data exists more than 2k records

Summary: Hi Team,
We have a requirement to develop master detail report with master data set containing header level details of transaction and detail
data set containing line level information of transactions, but the count of line details should not exceed 2000.
if line level count exceeds 2000 then we need to split the remaining lines into new detail result set with same master header
and remaining detail line records. Can this be achieved using BIP report?
