Changed aggregation property in seeded movement member is not copied to test

Summary:

For at least one movement (FCCS_Mvmts_AccountsPayable) the Consol Consol op is set to subtraction in the metadata. When I copy this application from prod to test, the operator is changed to addition. I am unable to change it back to subtraction to make sure prod and test are the same. How to solve this (in test of course, I don't want to change prod)?
