Is it possible Write Back in Peoplesoft using file from EPM cloud

Summary:

We know that using EPM agent write back is possible to insert data from EPM cloud to Peoplesoft database. But is it possible to Load file-based information to load Peoplesoft DB using EPM agent and Data Management.

Here the requirement is As EDMCS can't directly to Peoplesoft DB. We will generate one file from EDMCS and Move the file to Planning application and If EPM agent support file base Export to DB then we will be able to insert data to Peoplesoft DB. Not sure It is possible ?
