How to show the data label (Count) in all the colors of Stacked Bar Chart in the RTF Template?

Summary:

We have a requirement to display the number as data label in the RTF Template – Stacked Bar Chart. The count is being displayed only in one colour and it’s not showing in all the colours.

Please let me know, how we can show the count as data label in the remaining 4 colours of the Stacked Bar Chart.
