Custom Role for recording cycle count

Summary:

We have a user requirement to segregate the cycle count activities in diferent roles- Manager, Approver and Recorder. We have successfully achieved this. However, in recorder role we are failing to provide access to 'Review Count Interface Records'. With the custom role, user gets an error of failed authorization.

To customize, we have used duty role- Inventory Count Management as base. We have additionally added these privileges- Item Inquiry, Upload data for Cycle Count Import and FSCM Load Interface Administration, yet we are not able to get the authorization for ADFDI upload for cycle count.

Can someone direct us as to what role/privilege can get this custom role access to the ADFDi upload?
