NIR - Restart the Workflow on NIR Status - Scheduled(Failed)

Summary:

NIR with 10 items was progressed at different approval steps, but failed at the scheduling with status - Scheduled(Failed).

The issue was with one single item in issue log and the same was removed from NIR.

How to again start the scheduling of the rest 9 items, without asking for all the approvals again?
